Individual 50-minute therapy session - $220 (50 minutes)

Standard therapy session for individual adult, held in-person at my office in Oakland or remotely via telemedicine platform.

Individual one-time assessment - $200 (50 minutes)

Although I am glad to offer a free, one-time 20-minute consult for prospective clients (or anyone else), this is a more comprehensive assessment that will allow more in-depth analysis and more detailed recommendations. Will require you to fill out a brief assessment disclosing information about your background, symptoms, and goals.

Individual 3-hour intensive EMDR session - $500 (180 Minutes)

EMDR can facilitate the processing of a great deal of unresolved psychic discomfort in a short period of time. A longer session often allows clients to go deeper and engage with more challenging material. This service is only for existing clients where we have mutually agreed that an intensive session is appropriate.

In-home / on-site therapy session - Price and duration negotiable

I am able to offer therapy sessions in your home or other location of your choosing on a case-by-case basis. Pricing dependent on location and other factors. Please reach out if you are interested in this service.

Insurance

I am not an in-network provider for any insurance plan. I can facilitate out-of-network reimbursement by providing what’s called a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance carrier.

Exclusions

If you have health coverage through Kaiser Permanente (regardless of region), I am unable to work with you at this time due to contractual obligations, even if you wish to pay out of pocket. I apologize for the inconvenience.
