Low-Cost Therapy Options for Californians
If you are looking for less expensive therapy options than what I offer, that is completely understandable. Here’s a list of low-cost resources you are welcome to explore. Please note that I am not affiliated with any of the providers linked below. Please further note that while most of these providers are in northern California (where I provide services) most mental health providers currently offer teletherapy, which can be provided by a California-licensed provider to clients anywhere in the state.
Also please note that while I do my best to keep this list up to date, some of these resources may be out of date. Feel free to contact me if any of the below links are invalid.
Student clinics (free or low-cost services provided by students in MSW, MFT, LPC, Counseling Psychology, and grad programs under faculty or other clinical supervision).
